Welcome.

If you’re here having already done therapy or a lot of personal growth work, I want to commend you for taking that path. I also know what it’s like to reach a point where you understand your patterns deeply—but still feel stuck.

You may be experiencing burnout, self-sabotage, trauma responses, or emotional overwhelm. Even with insight, you may find yourself caught in internal conflicts, beliefs, or reactions that don’t align with what you “know.”

You can explain where things come from. You know what you should do. And yet, in the moment, something else takes over.

I help high-achieving, growth-oriented adults move beyond insight into meaningful, lasting change by uncovering the deeper forces driving these patterns. Together, we identify and work with the underlying causes—often rooted in earlier experiences and core beliefs that continue to shape how you respond today.

As we address what’s underneath, symptoms feel more manageable and create space for something new.

You’ve already done a lot of the hard work to get here. Now we can focus on creating real change—so you’re not just understanding your patterns, but actually shifting them.

...and see if this approach feels like the right fit for you.

If you relate to any of these struggles below, please know there is hope:

  • Emotional reactions that feel intense or disproportionate to the situation

  • Relying on harsh self-criticism as your main source of motivation

  • Constantly doubting yourself despite personal successes and accomplishments

  • Feeling held to a standard of perfection even though you logically know that isn't attainable

  • Lifelong struggles with procrastination, avoidance, anxiety, or depression

  • A cycle of overworking and exhaustion that leads to burnout in your professional or personal life

  • Family-of-origin or childhood trauma that's damaged your sense of safety in relationships or the world at large

  • High levels of self-awareness from previous therapy or personal growth work– but without the relief or change you are looking for

  • A feeling of emptiness or lack of direction in life, feeling unsure of who you really are

  • A sense that you're stuck in self-sabotaging patterns and unable to access your potential

  • Difficulty trusting your own emotions or knowing what you really feel
